Vintique Sound offers money-back guarantees across our services and products, with different refund windows depending on the category of purchase. All refund requests require feedback outlining why the service or product did not meet your expectations. This feedback is required in order to process the refund and helps us improve our offerings.

Refund eligibility and timing are calculated differently depending on whether your purchase is an audio engineering service, an educational service, educational digital content, or a digital product. Each category is detailed below.

Audio Engineering Services

Applies to: Mixing, mastering, audio editing, and audio repair services.

All audio engineering service purchases are paid up front and in full to secure and confirm a project start date. If the service does not meet your full expectations, a refund of the full amount may be requested within 30 days of the project start date.

  • Refund window: 30 days from the confirmed project start date.
  • Refund amount: Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Requirement: Feedback outlining why the service did not meet expectations is required to process the refund.

All audio engineering services include up to 3 revisions as standard, with unlimited revisions available as an optional add-on. We encourage you to use the revision process to address any concerns before requesting a refund.

Educational Services

Applies to: One-on-one training and project feedback services.

Educational services include a 14-day money-back guarantee window starting from the confirmed educational service project start date. If the service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within that 14-day window for a full refund.

  • Refund window: 14 days from the confirmed project start date.
  • Refund amount: Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Requirement: Feedback outlining why the service did not meet expectations is required to process the refund.

Educational services are project-based offerings that include a confirmed project start date, and the refund window is calculated from that date.

Educational Digital Content

Applies to: Online courses and downloadable learning resources.

Educational digital content includes a separate 14-day money-back guarantee window from the purchase date. Because these products do not have a project start date, the refund window is calculated from the purchase date only.

  • Refund window: 14 days from the purchase date.
  • Refund amount: Full refund of the amount paid.
  • Requirement: Feedback outlining why the product did not meet expectations is required to process the refund.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once purchased, you have unlimited lifetime access to all course materials, including any future updates.

Digital Products

Applies to: VST plugins, DAW templates, presets, loops, and samples.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of VSTs, loops, presets, templates, and samples are final immediately upon purchase, except in cases of proven technical defect.

  • Refund eligibility: Only in cases of proven technical defect.
  • Refund amount: Full refund if a technical defect is confirmed.
  • Requirement: Documentation of the technical defect is required to process the refund.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us with details of the issue and we will work to resolve it promptly. Trial versions are available for all audio plugins, so you can test compatibility and functionality before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact page or email us directly. Your refund request should include:

  • Your order or project reference number.
  • The category of purchase (audio engineering service, educational service, educational digital content, or digital product).
  • Feedback outlining why the service or product did not meet your expectations.
  • For digital product defects: documentation of the technical issue.

For service-based purchases made through the dashboard, you may also submit a refund request directly from your service request page. This will include a brief refund survey to capture your feedback and help us improve.

Refund requests are reviewed and processed promptly. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.
